We take the security of SparkMyName™ and our customers seriously. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, we want to hear from you.
How to report
Email hello@sparkmyname.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please include:
- What you found and where (the page or feature).
- Clear steps to reproduce it.
- The potential impact, and how to reach you.
What to expect
- We’ll acknowledge your report and look into it promptly.
- Please give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
- Good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption is welcome — we won’t pursue action against it.
Scope
This covers the SparkMyName™ website and its checkout, sign-in, and delivery. Please don’t test in ways that affect other customers, attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, or run high-volume automated scans against checkout.
