The short versionSparkMyName™ is a creative brand-naming tool. For a one-time $25 fee we generate brandable names, check domain availability at that moment, and deliver a Brand Identity Strategy. We are not a law firm, trademark service, domain registrar, or financial advisor. Always run your own trademark and business checks — and consult an attorney — before you register or use any name.

1. What SparkMyName provides

SparkMyName™ (“SparkMyName,” “we,” “us”) is a Brand Intelligence platform that generates brandable business names and Brand Identity Strategy — which may include domain-availability suggestions, taglines, color palettes, font pairings, brand voice, social-handle ideas, a bio, and launch copy. Everything we deliver is provided for informational and creative purposes to help you build your own brand.

2. What SparkMyName is not

We do not provide legal advice, trademark search or clearance, financial advice, domain registration, or business-formation services. Using SparkMyName does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing we deliver should be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Your responsibilities

Domain availability changes constantly. Confirm a domain is still available with a registrar before relying on it — you own a domain only once you register it.
Before using or registering any name, run your own business-name, trademark, and common-law searches, and consult a qualified attorney where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for how you choose, register, and use any name or material we suggest.

4. Domains and availability

Where we show a domain as available, that reflects an automated check made at the time your package was built. Availability can change at any moment, and we do not register domains on your behalf. We make no guarantee that any suggested domain is or will remain available, or that any name is free to use.

5. Pricing and payment

A Brand Identity Strategy is a one-time purchase of $25 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may change our pricing for future purchases, but the price you paid for a completed order will not change.

7. Intellectual property

The SparkMyName platform, its Brand Intelligence framework, software, design, and content are owned by VORREX IGNITE LLC and are protected, including under U.S. Patent Pending (App. 19/704,386). “SparkMyName™” is a claimed trademark. You may use the names and creative materials delivered in your package to build and operate your own business. Because names are generated by AI, we cannot and do not guarantee that any name is original, unique, or available for trademark or other use — that is your responsibility to verify (see Section 3).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and everything delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that any name or domain will be available, registrable, or free of conflict. You use the service and its output at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkMyName and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost domains, or business losses, arising from your use of the service or any name or material we provide. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SparkMyName and its owner from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use, registration, or commercialization of any name, domain, or material connected with the service.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to copy, resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform, and not to misuse it in any way that could harm SparkMyName or other users.

12. Affiliate links and third-party services

Our Resources page and some other pages link to independent third-party companies (for example, business-formation, registered-agent, trademark, domain, hosting, payment, and marketing services). SparkMyName™ does not provide these services and is not responsible for them. Some of these links may be referral or affiliate links: where we have a partnership with a provider, SparkMyName™ may earn a referral fee if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or which tools we choose to list, and it is not a recommendation that any particular service is right for you. Always review each provider’s current pricing and terms, and consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax, or financial decisions.

13. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email hello@sparkmyname.com.
